The client aimed for a visually compelling approach that departed from traditional HR documentation. The style guide encompassed fresh uniform choices and stylistic recommendations. A comprehensive on-site photoshoot at a brand new Sherwin store captured both lifestyle and model photography.

Solution
The highly-visual Lookbook included photography of their refreshed uniform collection, featuring new color and style options, along with the relaxed appearance guidelines. The book is distributed to every new Sherwin employee during the hiring process.
